Craftsman's Bar at Byggmässan Gothenburg
We proudly present the Craftsman’s Bar in collaboration with Odd Island Brewing at Byggmässan. Odd Island was founded in 2016 and is run by four beer enthusiasts with a passion for hops, malt, and music. Their West Coast Pilsner is brewed in Lindome and visitors can visit to taste their various beer varieties. At the Craftsman’s Bar, Odd Island Brewing’s beers will be available, perfect for exhibitors and visitors looking to network over a beer or two. Lecture on SBR and Construction Inspection
SBR Byggingenjörerna meets the market demand with highly skilled engineers. SBR develops engineers’ competence and enhances the quality of their work. They also promote contacts, exchange of experiences, and networking among engineers, along with offering a range of membership benefits. Björn Edebrand, CEO of SBR Byggingenjörerna, will start by introducing SBR’s activities. Following this, Mikael von Oldenskiöld, certified inspector at SBR, will lecture on construction inspections. Mikael will provide tips on considerations, regulations, and laws. The seminar will take place in the Anfield/Sansiro conference room at the Prioritet Serneke Arena.

Breakfast seminar with Håll Nollan. A conversation among Håll Nollan, Bravida, AF Group, and Akademiska Hus where we discuss the complex topic of safety culture together with you in the audience. The discussion will focus on the leader’s role in fostering a strong safety culture, the importance of involving the entire construction process chain, why safety culture and risk management go hand in hand, prerequisites for a good culture, and how Håll Nollan’s materials will support safety culture work.

Achieving success in promoting fair competition is a crucial issue for the construction and civil engineering industry. On April 27th, in conference rooms Anfield/Sansiro, Byggföretagen in the West invites you to a seminar on practical strategies for creating healthy construction sites and a healthy industry. By bringing together stakeholders from across the construction process—including clients and contractors—we aim to spread awareness about combating labor exploitation and highlight what your company or organization can do to actively foster fair competition. The seminar will conclude with a light lunch and networking in the exhibition hall.
